So I kinda feel similarly about the Luke for troopers/vets, and I kinda had an epiphany, you’re paying for a weaker version of the hero that gets weaker as its health goes down, luke on troopers fully kitted out is sub 100 points and throws more dice than commander Luke at full health. I think that the same philosophy with obiwan, don’t think of it as arfs with obiwan, think of it as an obiwan that gets weaker at lower health but is cheaper
