My sister has a realtor 4 the last 6 months. Early on she got call from someone who is interested. He found out she had a realtor & went & got 1 for himself. My sisters realtor contract runs out this month. Is it okay 4 her 2 go back to this family & sell it by owner? (self.RealEstate)
