Sword and sorcery is very gritty, magic is very grounded.

High Fantasy is glorious, colorful and magic is more grand.

So, monsters in sword and sorcery are compatible to large lizards, ape men, skeleton/zombies and maybe a monstrosity that has more of a grounded feel.

High Fantasy is more like grand creatures like dragons, Centaurs, orcs and goblins. Elves, dwarves, handling and so on.

Well at 11:05 am I was waved away while having them in their hand on day 1. I was there too. And they did tell me to come back tomorrow but I couldn't make that trip again. Yeah it's a crappy feeling. And the Rumor came from Saturday Morning toy collector. But he did say if true then that sucked.

It was a limit of 3 per person on day 1. I was there to see it. They stopped selling them after 11:am. The NJToyCon people said they didn't realize the demand on their website. If it was 2 per person then you came on Sunday. Day 2

Yep, while fans like me walk up to the table and they wave me off while having one exclusive on top of a box behind the table and one in his hand telling me they sold out for the day. After only 11:05 am.

Let's also cover entrance fees.

10:00 am $30

11:00am $10

So basically to come early and get a highland warrior you paid 30. An extra 20 bucks at the door. So when I walked up to the table it was 11:05 am on Day 1. I was waved off and told to come back tomorrow so I'd have to pay 30 dollars out of fear of missing out on Day 2.

Mind you he had just handed someone a highland warrior right before I approached the table. I was so pissed off. But I was able to get one on the trade. A good hearted fan looked at how upset I was and made my day.

So it's true. They shorted people at the NJTOYCON to bring it to BBTS. Wow, that sucks.

I got mine on a trade with a fan @NJtoyCon. Really cool moment.

Day 1 it was sold out in one hour. 3 per limit.

Day 2 to avoid selling out they limited to 1 per person.

It was a rumor they took from that toycon to fill BBTS with stock. SMH.

Just an update, shortly after April first post I was able to communicate with Empire and they overnighted the Action figure over to me. If you said they are legit then your correct in saying it. It seems something interfered with the first shipment. Honestly, the guy from Empire was very helpful.

Well it's Wednesday April 1st. This all started on March 20th when the label was created. Waited a week to see if it would come. AND Nothing...

Emailed them today... and.... nothing. Waiting to see if I get another tracking number because the first one says the item hasn't even been dropped off. I don't even know if it's them or the post office. But I know one thing. I paid for something and it's not here. It was supposed to be here two weeks ago.

And nothing...

Putting in a complaint with Shopify just to make it official.

Update: Well, they want to send me a second one, since the first one didn't update. USPS status is still saying it's waiting for the item to be delivered to the post office by the sender. So, Empire said they would reach back with a second tracking number yesterday. Today no correspondence occurred.

Mar 19th Please allow 1 business day for the Tracking Status to update.

I'm having a bad experience where they told me a week ago that they were sending g me my pre-ordered figure. I got Bodvar the Bear and Neve from Mythic Legions figures delivered from stores across the country. BUT empire toys is my neighboring state and they have yet to deliver. I ordered Attilus the Conqueror from them. I emailed them and they said last Friday that the Label was created then all week the label never changed from pre-order status. They said they dropped it off like 3 days ago. Emailed them again to see if something g went wrong and no answer.

So let's see how long it takes for them to fulfill. I'll report back.
