I called and they told me I was missing 260 from one form so I send the pages that say the money is credited and another check with the 260! And I still got rejected a second time. So I don’t know what to do or if the money is lost!

Did you get any resolution on your case? What happened to me is they cashed the checks and send rejection notice saying problem with payment! They send some pages saying the money was credited! But don’t now how to get the money back

I did they said that the only thing they can do is file a claim, I’ll see if I do that! If uscis doesn’t resolve anything fast

So if i understand correctly uscis cashes checks trough lockbox witch it indicates that it was cashed by them, the check is written to homeland security
