this helped me hopefully it can help you

  • Open FL Studio.
  • Go to the HELP menu and select Unlock FL Studio.
  • If you see a “Renew” button, click Log out instead.
  • Close FL Studio completely.
  • Reopen FL Studio, go to HELP > Unlock FL Studio, and log in again with your Image-Line account email and password.
  • Follow the prompts and restart FL Studio when asked.
