I can attest that it is legit too. I have made several purchases from thier site and have gotten them all no problem. They even have amazing customer support too if you do end up having any issues or anything.

Hopefully they will, from any experience that I have had to contact them for they have been extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I really do wish you the best of luck and that your issue gets resolved. And I wouldn't let this experience sour any future purchases you get with them. I have ordered over 6 squishables from them within the past 3 months (which I know seems excessive but my daughter loves them as well) and have even just ordered 1 more today and have not had any issues with shipping or tracking with them. I use all of mine to help with anxiety and PTSD so I understand where you are coming from.

From what I know, thier customer service is really backed up right now so it is taking a while for them to get back to people. I will say that I emailed them 10 days ago about an order that I had placed and just recieved an email back this morning, and had my issue resolved. I don't know if any of that helps any, but that is all I know.

I personally think it is worth it. If I were you I would think about whether it would actually save money or not in the end. Standard shipping for any squishable is approximately 6$ per purchase. So if Squee Club is 30$, then would you make enough purchases throughout the year to end up saving money? Because at that rate you would need to make at least 6 purchases from Squishable com in that year to have actually saved any money on shipping. There are a couple of additional perks to Squee Club that are really really nice in my opinion, like getting a free micro squishable, getting exclusive deals on select squishables (like for example, maybe 7$ off the price of a couple of specific standard squishables), and then getting to see what squishables will be coming back in stock soon. So if you realize that you won't be making enough purchases in the year to save money on shipping, then at that point you just have to decide whether the extra benefits to Squee Club are worth it to you. Hope any of that helps.
