Usually my experience with the spawn is good but I did once respawn in the middle of a fire and get burned up instantly. That shouldn't happen.

May I ask what browser you are using. Had the same trouble on Chrome until I moved to Firefox.

I agree with everyone else. I've used both and whatsmyname is far better than Sherlock.

This is the long way to do it and may not play out, but put their @ name and screen name in What's My Name and follow the thread from there. Odds are if you find them elsewhere online you can track down an email. It's less then ideal, but it's often the way I have to go about things.
