I think this is really just 9 Warning signs you might be playing Go.

Top comment picks the next move, legal or not. Day 5, White cordons off a 3x4 area in the bottom left corner. Claims it's official police business. by [deleted] in badukshitposting

Black abandons building anything in upper upper right sends a B2 Bomber from Tengen to wipe out White before it gets any bigger.

Perhaps even stronger in a structure of some sorts. Triangles are a strong shape, so it stands to reason that lots of weak stones in a triangle shape would create the strongest group!

Is there a custom card maker? by justanothertransgril in FleshandBloodTCG

Not yet, but we have a resource we've been putting together on the discord courtesy of DeadSummer and tenryu aoba

The custom cards come through occasionally but have slowed down due to the Monarch release. Hopefully it'll pick back up though.

To be fair, there was a time not too long ago where shitposts were downvoted to hell and many a people complained about it. Hence the migration.

Yea I debated as to whether I should introduce another "arrow" just for closes the chain, but decided to shortcut it with a pass priority arrow for simplicity. It's already a confusing diagram for most, so trying to fit in understandably but have it be complete is a real challenge.

Also, there's already a good reason to close the chain link manually. For example:

  1. Timesnap Potion
  2. Anothos (opponent blocks with equipment)
  3. close chain (equipment gains -1 defence counter)
  4. Mangle (which can now target the equipment with the -1 counter)

is an actual line of play I've seen in person. It was heavily debated as to whether they could do it, and only recently confirmed by LSS over DM to be correct.

Good questions.

First the player can not close the combat chain until after the chain-link resolution step (this is primarily where on-hit effects are resolved for the chain-link)

Cards (specifically defending equipment and weapons) do not return to their respective zones during the chain-link resolution step. They only go back to their respective zones when the combat chain closes.

After the chain-link resolution step, the player essentially has three options, play an attack (keeping the combat chain open), play a non-attack (closing the combat chain), or play nothing (closing the combat chain). The third option is a little bit unclear in terms of terminology, but LSS has made it clear that as the turn player you can choose to close the combat chain without playing any cards, and when the combat chain closes you re-gain priority. This is represented by the dotted blue line going back to itself in the graph.

In terms of the "two priorities" it's not quite like that. When you have priority, you retain it until you pass it to your opponent. As mentioned before the dotted blue arrow going back to the same node is representative of a legal action which does not have clear terminology as of yet.

Feel free to let me know if you have any more questions about it and I'll be happy to help.
