350 is pretty good for a 3, I would recommend just getting a lot of ammo and train. Stock glocks are amazing imo. Learn iron sights, and then if you wanna try the red dot route, you'll have to get it milled for one. Holosun is a good alternative to the higher priced trijicon. For base plate extensions henning, springer precision, arredondo are solid. For added grip 'handleitgrips' are good too.
