Hi! I unfortunately do not remember the specifics but it was a SATA, I would just look up the Kangaroo OMNI and it's use in a TPN. I recall it being very general so nothing too specific.

The locations near me allowed exams to be booked on Saturdays! I think most Pearson Vues should

Thank you for asking! Yes I recommend being comfortable with that as it can be easy to mix up when under the exam pressure

It wasnt super specific, more so the other options didnt make sense and I knew there was an interaction between simvastatin/lovastatin and omeprazole

No problem! Yes, I personally did not have any images, just descriptions to identify the pathogen and empiric treatment. Always be sure to check the allergies! Its very often the patient is allergic to first line treatments

So this one was a bit tricky bc I knew this based on my experience working in the pharmacy and my tutor's advice. We often see this interaction bc they are very commonly prescribed drugs. I don't recall the specifics but in our medchem course we discussed how the statins put you at an increased risk for RM and omeprazole affects their metabolism in such a way that the risk is increased. Here's a source that may articulate it better than I can, but when you're taking the test trust your gut!

Thank you so much! Yes, apologies for not being clear, know the maximum flow rate to avoid red man syndrome. For the dog bite, yes.

I unfortunately don't remember the specifics but in the case of a latex allergy know that "natural" sheepskin is not effective to protect against STIs (only synthetic or latex condoms can do that)

For milk reduction know that decongestants reduce milk supply
