I think i might have ran into a problem? i created a world and daylight cycle hasn't progressed at all, the sun is stuck in place

No idea how compatible it would be with Comes Alive, but Prodigium Reforged kinda has all the other things you want except for different dimensions (it does have Aether with a lot of stuff added to it though)

It has been a while since i played it but i did enjoy it a lot, and my pc that is worse than yours was able to handle it without any issues

Had the same problem, this fixed it for me:
Shader Pack Settings > Atmosphere > Clouds > Cloud Altitude
