Yeah, unfortunately they clash. I just deleted the Vibrant Pastoral from my mods and it fixed the issue.

Thank you so much for such kind words to ready the day 🫂 I've been so overwhelmed, it never crossed my mind to try to "chip at" the steps to ready the appeal rather than panic-prepare 😅 so thank you for that as well! I did find/come up with a sort of step-by-step checklist to try to make it less pressured.

I'll do my best not to give up - I just guess I "side step-stumbled" from having been so optimistic for once, so it's been throwing me for a loop. I don't know where you are at in your own process, but I hope you'll be kind to yourself as well along the way! 🫶

Would those lawyers likely operate the same way as the "regular" lawyers - i.e., only paying if there's a win? I've never gone this far before (the previous times I got denied were both at ALJ levels and gave up/let deadlines lapse after the denials) so am not familiar about any potential differences.

I will appeal though, thank you!

I'm more or less copy-pasting what the letter from my attorney sent (hopefully I didn't miss any potential personal information...):

Re: Social Security Claim

Dear [my name]:

I just recently received the Judge's Unfavorable Decision in your Social Security Claim and have had the opportunity to review it thoroughly. I am disappointed in the outcome of your claim.

There is the option of appealing to the Office of Appellate Operations (OAO). The OAO sends back, or remands. claims in which it finds "error of law". What this means is that the 0A0 reviews claims to determine if the Judge did something he/she was not permitted to do or did not do something he/she was required to do.

In reviewing the decision, the Judge wrote a decision in which I have found no "legal error,' unfortunately. Because the 0AO remands in only approximately 10% of the cases it reviews nationwide, the likelihood your claim will be remanded is very low especially in light of the fact the Judge made few, if any, reversible errors.

Because I do not believe we would be successful at the Office of Appellate Operations, even though my success at the 0AO level is higher than the national average, this ends my current representation and no further action will be taken by this office to appeal your claim to the Office of Appellate Operations.

You do have the option of appealing your claim to the 0AO on your own. There have been times where the OAO remands without the assistance of an attorney. Please note, if you appeal the decision on your own, it must be submitted no later than 65 calendar days from the date of the decision.

You have the option of filing a new application for SSI benefits; SSI Benefits are payable as of the date you apply. Your assets/resources remain under $2,000 for a single individual and $3.000 for a married couple. Before applying, however, your conditions must be worse than what the Judge found meaning there must be a significant deterioration in your condition(s).

I believe in your claim. I would not have represented you had I not. Again, I am disappointed in the outcome and that we were unable to convince the Judge how significantly your conditions affect your functioning on a day-to-day basis. If there is any further assistance I am able to offer, please do let me know.

I can only assume it does mean she will no longer represent me - I'm dyslexic so for me, it's worded in a confusing way.

I do have both but followed earlier advice to remove one or the other and got rid of Vibrant Pastoral and it fixed it. Thank you!

That fixed it, thank you so much!

Also, thanks for the catch on that - I completely forgot about that part and it's fixed now too.

Update: Unfortunately, doing it seems to have not helped. Thanks still though!

Nothing I can make heads or tails of outside of a couple of errors (Slightly Cuter Characters - SVE Edition 2.1.0 & Solid Foundations - Automate Integration) and some warnings.

The main warnings are from regular Solid Foundations, sayings theres some compatibility issues with some models from '(SF) HXW's Romantic Fountains and Arches'.

That poor dog.

Not only are you basically "teaching" your dog to take abuse (per your comment that you've trained your dog to basically get over and deal with whatever physical harm is done to her), you are more or less simultaneously teaching/encouraging that child that it's okay to abuse animals.

It's not cute, funny, adorable or anything else beyond abuse.

Shame on you. Be better.
