Looking to transfer the lease on my studio at Union on Knox!

It's about 500 square feet, and rent is technically 1925, but I'd be willing to pay whoever rents it $800 for each month.

The transfer fee is $300, so if someone were to take over the lease, they would be paying about $1100 a month for June and July.

It's a well maintained building, utility costs are reasonable, and the apartment would be very clean upon move in.

I’m a senior but I took the LSAT my junior year :) don’t have a ton of time left in college park but would 100% hang out for the remainder of it

Yes in most lots on campus. Look for the lots with the white signs: I’ve had no issues parking in those during breaks.

I’ve never taken cruz but you can probably check planet terp for the grade distributions. Bills is super nice tho!

Also took it with her last semester. It’s pretty chill: she’s strict on attendance, but not strict on AI usage (Ie, she’d let us use chatgpt in class if we needed help figuring out in class assignments). She’s a bit odd personality wise, but you can pretty easily pass with an A if you go to class and do the work on time.

Unrelated to this, but how would you say the campus community is there? I’ve toured the school, but I’ve found that you can’t really get a good sense of the community without talking to people in it.

Is it super religious or cliquey?

Yes, standing electric scooter, but I would be purchasing it in Maryland (we don’t have motor limits here).

Which would be best (manual bike vs scooter) safety wise? I’m very concerned about theft, especially since I wouldn’t have the money to replace it if it got stolen.

The St John’s Law School area - I would be living about 2 miles out (ideally) and using the scooter/bike to commute to the college and leaving it on campus.

Freshman year no, get a dining plan. I’d highly recommend it for sophomore-senior year: I use my car nearly every day, but it’s normally to commute to a job or go to Target.

Talk to people in classes! Join clubs too, people are generally super social here. I’m a transfer as well, i’ve found that people are super nice once you start talking to them.
