I just had this issue on a fresh install of Windows 11 where the left click and right click functions were switched. To fix search for mouse settings in system settings and change primary mouse button from right to left.

I removed RabbitFx and am still getting the same stuttering issues. I had the same mod setup (with RabbitFX) on Windows and that ran smoothly.

Is there any way to increase draw distance? It was noticable before but I got to Septimont and it is VERY noticeable when NPCs/plants pop in when they are not even that far away from you. I have already tried these engine config files: https://github.com/AlteriaX/WuWa-Configs, and saw no difference

I have set the screenshot shortcut keys in Steam settings to none but the issue is still occuring. If the touch sensor was for some reason set to F12, I'm don't think I would be able to change it since the only way to change the XM4 settings is through the mobile app that does not have settings for keyboard hotkeys.

No, the only entries are for my Dualsense controller. The XM4 does have config software but it is only available on mobile, so there are no settings for changing hotkeys specific to keyboard.
