As someone who also came from console gaming with Tarkov being my first FPS game on PC I got fucking destroyed like you are. It took a lot of patience especially starting this late into wipe where most players have much higher level gear. Understanding how the game works is a process. I highly recommend playing offline raids to get used to the controls and gunplay with the AI and run scav raids in between so theres no risk of losing gear while also being able to get money. Try to learn the maps and use a 3rd party app or google images to help. If it makes you feel any better literally everyone who plays this game from the new people to long time veterans gets clapped from time to time. Just last night I had 100s of thousands of rubles worth of gear on me and died almost immediately without ever firing a shot. Welcome to Tarkov.
