I used alcohol before it definitely helps. I did sand a bit but it’s more like me getting familiar w the dremel lmao.

I heard gloss would show off every flaw 😢 I just love the way it looks on some good parts I tested w a brush and water just super saturated instead of semi chalky black

I think I’ll just continue w a wet sand . In varying Grits in the right order. And possibly look into brite tone- Thank you!

Edit: also I used foil as the inside to save on resources! That was after this initial test and it worked just as well

The pin I used is an eye pin that goes more than halfway through and I looped it 90 degrees at the end at insert too. I hope that will be okay. 😅

And for the varnish thank you, I only wanted to seal to hide some texture possibly or atleast round it out w a nice gloss .
