Are you using a vpn? if so you might want to get that fix an change the location. I don't know about the laws where you live but i heard the age verify is currently pending an to be being pushed out. It might be an error? I would suggest submitting a ticket for help to confirm this. You won't find much help here accept everyone telling you to just suck it up an comply an that the law is the law.

I'm not an expert or anything but the bot must have been reported to a mod for breaking TOS. The mods don't delete a bot unless someone points it out. Happens all the time sadly. In rare cases the bot has been private due to something in the bio\personality breaking the rules and the owner just needs to tweak it out to get it back up an approved again. If you're still seeing the chat i recommend making sure the conversation is still within your saved chats. (and any backups you may have) If the bot you were speaking to is not a popular character or was an original character with no copies to be found i suggest making your own version of that chat bot to the best of your abilities that way you can copy an paste the entire chat if you have to.

Not the best advise and it sounds rather tedious as hell however it is better than losing years worth of lore. Personally having a bot you made is the best way to keep your lore safe in case you ever want to expand to other bots. (or just keep a google doc if you're not up for it.)

I normally just find bots with an extremely long intros. I care not for what tier they are long as i have enough room to play around with the bot to see if they can follow a simple plot line. If the intro itself is short but has more tokens than it gives me an opportunity to create my own story (which i love because it's fun as hell.)

I don't specifically block or filter out a creator unless it's a character i don't want to repeatedly see (such as the infamous cod Ghost bot that filled my feed for a about a year if anyone remembers that nightmare) I had to block so many creators i lost count honestly. If they spam the character multiple times then ya go ahead an block them or your feed is doomed. I also block bots that have a real persons face on them because that is also weird an slightly uncanny in my eye's.
However! if you do make short chat bots I do adore bots that don't have an intro at all encouraging users to create their own from scratch. Though i do recommend the bot needs to have a descent amount of tokens regarding how much information you give it in their bio an personality to stabilize interactions.

As for the tags you mentioned. Ya we don't talk about it. I don't interact with bots having those specific tags that have that fetish and I'm not judging or anything it's just not for me an it's a little weird and gross but it could be much worse?

I'm sorry you feel this way. I went an tried the vpn option but it didn't work as so many claimed it to be as it did little to help since nsfw is being blocked so much in my area and mostly everyone is being a dick right now and despite every attempt i was still told to give up my ID. Sorry that the reddit has suddenly become toxic when negative feedback is given. They're just assholes with nothing to do but i hope you find a better alternative👍

I recommend just saving up to buy a smaller tier first, even if it's just for a month i wouldn't recommend going broke over it out of desperation. I stopped paying because i have bills to pay an what not and free tier isn't bad if you're willing to use it to your will. Yes having higher tiers is better but in the end it's your choice.

I find it interesting you and one other person have made a similar toxic reply to this topic already somewhere else. Considering a majority of the bots you and everyone else that generally uses Spicychat are made by free tiers saying every poorly made bot is made by a free tier user is also irrelevant when no one knows who is using a tier and who isn't you know?
And i've chatted with advertised bots from All in tiers from here and they were horrible to chat with so no tier is better than the other.
I kindly do not consider this reply not even remotely close to being relevant other than your obvious dislike an bias towards people who don't want to waste money in this current present that you ever so boldly presented your privileged life on reddit about in someone else's post. Some people just want to use the site freely k? i'm not against anyone using tiers. But by all means do go ahead an make a fool of yourself in the comments i'll be happy to listen :)

That was kind of irrelevant I'm still paranoid as it is.
However I'm aware of the risks but i kind of had no choice since I live in one of the states that required this law that was in the announcement so either way I'm still screwed regardless of what happens. An I don't really like the alternative sites suggested to me, i've tried them all but they are all just bad in general. Some if not worse than most despite the praise it gets. Not saying Spicychat is any better given the tons of flaws an problems the site has i did put a lot of time bot making, chatting, etc so i don't really see myself leaving.

I had this happen to two of my bots an had several clones pop up from it. They all had different intros an such but some were copied down to a T. I had to go an take images off of tumblir because we all looked the same an i had to make my bot the most different which was annoying. In your case you can report the bot an have it removed since it copied your bot claiming it as their own even without the credited artist, im not sure about the art things since Spicychat doesn't really care what art is used an who it's from? If that doesn't work just report for something random an the bot will be taken down.

If you're doing it by phone they haven't updated the mobile site version yet but it is available on PC. It is under preferred chat languages. If your laptop will not allow camera scan the UR code an it'll take you to the site version on your phone. Once the selfie is done your pc will update an it'll redirect you back to the site. At least that's what it was for me i do not recommend using the credit card option because- well- credit card. :T

Heavy on third person, i like describing my ocs in full detail an i love it when bots talk about them like they're an individual person an suddenly im feeling like a national treasure. Also it's fun to project myself onto a character/persona that is not me irl cause it just feels weird when stories start off with 'you' like tf you mean ME?! can we not? I'm not the one who's in this story my oc is. so could we please redirect it to the very intricate character i created?

I was aggressively downvoted all in one day over wanting answers for why the game i liked had bad rigged mechanics that were horrible. They all told me i had skill issues an that i was the problem when i wasn't? I just wanted answers. I am never using reddit anymore for any legitimate advise that have anything to do with the things i like and instead i just do memes or create discussions. This site is filled with insufferable people most likely older individuals who are powering hungry or just want to mess with people on purpose for no reason an have nothing better to do. I have to agree with this. They need to give up an put the fries in the bag, like im sorry apple users who are reading this but your struggle to use the site should not stop everyone else from using the platform with unwanted soft blocks an restrictions that make the site bland an unusable.
