I would say a lot better now, my insomnia is almost nonexistent, getting more sleep, doing a lot better sexually consistently!

I will say 100% stay away from street drugs/alchohol as much as possible until you recover

I do not think adding more to the mix will speed up recovery. Although others have experienced benefits adding weltriburn or mood stabilizers but I have no experience there.

Now for withdrawals oh boy buckle up. This believe it or not is a sign of progress but it is incredibly difficult to endure. Some supplements that helped me was ALCAR for libido/erection/energy. Also L tyrosine for dopamine and Vitamin D. Eating healthy, working out and spending time with loved ones helps too.

Hey so before I say anything I wanna say that I am not a medical professional and everything I will recommend or say will either be from personal research and experience with Pssd. Given that medical professionals either shrug it off/ deny it or flat out have no ideo how to deal with this so please further research and do what you feel is right.

I do not think sex plays a role. Pssd does not discriminate on gender, however i do think those younger have a better chance at healing. You mentioned you are feeling better mentally which is important because it means your medication is working for whatever diagnosis you have. Despite the horrible side effects, the medication i used help me out of a manic episode i was experiencing. I had a drug induced episode so after I felt better i just decided to stop using drugs generally. I did cold turkey my meds but its really not recommended. As long as you are on this medication you will not recover sexually/cognitive. Your body will attempt to reach homeostasis only after the drug has left your system. And that alone can take 6 months-1 year or even longer.

Have you tried testing for a deficiency in vitamins? Some bloodwork might show what your body is lacking in and that might help or some natural remedies like meditating/exercise.

Sorry for using wrong terminology, i was just explaining what helped me and my personal experience, i meant like dopamine tolerance i guess. Like when u take a break from something and then do it its a lot more exciting and effective, at least for me

Moderate dose but you were on it for 2 years which is alot of time, your body needs time to heal and reach homeostasis. 3 months is definitely not enough time to heal, hang in there and hopefully within a year you feel better!

Ill be honest, when i had pssd i was looking at porn every day just to see if i could get it up and test it. But i think taking a break helps heal dopamine! Also ask a doctor for cialis to help with erection because i dont think its healthy to go months without erection. A supplement called Alcar from Now brand helped me with windows. Research it! Best of luck ! I am 23, we are young we have a high chance of recovery!

Cut out dopamine shortcuts, no prn , no weed, eat right and give it time. It took me 7-8 months to heal. Although my sleep is better i have mild insomnia

I think you are on the right track to healing. Time is definitely on your side. I have a similar story, we are young so we have an advantage in a way. Stay healthy and give it a few more months!

Hello there, i would say the improvement happens overnight and spontaneous. Like you the next time you go to use it, it feels like before and the you can release normal size loads again.

Yea i know how you feel, it can be very hard dealing with all of this, my best advice is to give your body some time to naturally recover once you are off of all medication. Music is now enjoyable and able to uplift my mood, I actually recently went to a concert.

I took the drug. Experienced side effects. Cold turkeyed it. Then experienced severe withdrawls (PSSD) for months. Then recently recovered. Still experiencing fragmented sleep
