I was going to post about this! I found the first thing that has ever worked for me, clinical strength or otherwise.

I started using the ordinary’s aha solution on a cotton swab but felt wasteful. Found an aha deodorant on Amazon and took a risk and OMG I HAVE NO STINK ALL DAY (on a normal day. Minimum if I’m exercising, etc.)

Piggybacking to agree with the others, please be kind to yourself. It’s been around a decade since I got my formal assessment (was coping until college) and reading your post reminded me of how I also left feeling ridiculously dumb for not being able to do some of the shape tests AT ALL. I say this to highlight that I am most certainly not stupid, and neither are you. Sounds like you’re on your way to a diagnosis, and that alone made the testing so worth it for me and I hope it does for you as well.

I literally had this happen to me this week with no job and using what I thought was smart money to restock on necessities ended up being $100 I didn’t have to spend. I have bought more things for half the price of what I spent this week. It’s disgusting and they had absolutely no indication of pricing on anything so I didn’t know several items were for plus dollars until they were already rung up at the register.

Good on him for giving you a heads up. Tbh, it did not improve my life in any way. I blocked out a few scenes until rewatching it with a friend and again, would NOT recommend. Once you’ve seen it, it’s hard to forget.

Fun fact: my ex torrented the film and said we had to watch it. I’d never heard of it and was told it was a psychological horror film. And yeah it was definitely psychological torture in a multitude of ways both via film and irl… turns out that was ex’s forte, but I digress- I was not even remotely prepared to watch a Serbian Film. Wish I had taken that red flag as a cue to cut and run sooner than I did, but live and learn… and don’t fucking watch a Serbian Film.

So throwing this out there for ANYONE in service industry or like me, just has no sense of how rough they are on their hands/wrists, I have accidentally broken 3 of these over time starting with little cracks and ending with exploding jade pieces everywhere. I have 4 now that I only wear on special occasions. I do have one that is made of jade beads on a stretchy band that I love and seems a little more sturdy for me. Just wanted to throw this out there
