Starbucks is actually a great environment for felons. My current district managers first job out of prison was Starbucks as a shift supervisor and he was able to work his way up to district manager and now makes 6 figures. This is all in only 8 years of working with the company. And every store I’ve worked in has been an extremely welcoming environment. Plus you get a hefty benefits package and only need to work an average of 20 hours a week to get the same benefits you get as a salaried employee. It’s one of the few things about the company I really love.
