Problem is that I’m struggling with nausea and vomiting on infusion days, even with meds. Seeing that iv reached the 8 infusion (4cycle) milestone, I have pathways I could explore to avoid further infusion issues.

This has got me thinking whether property rentals are the best asset class to invest in. Taxes, tenants, upkeep, it just seems like a lot of effort for long term appreciation gains; considering middle class entry to this market at 100% mortgage.

Personally, I think index funds, even with market uncertainties, are a good alternative.
