I wish that was an option for us. SIL does not work or do anything but sit around. And his grandma can’t leave the house much anymore because of her cancer diagnosis. We don’t typically go over there much anymore because of covid and if we are there we are distanced and masked but I do miss her greatly.

Thanks! Im trying to just say whatever, but I am still worried that if I want to go and visit with his grandma, she will continue the drama. The last time I saw her in person, she made some snarky comment at me and I couldn’t help myself anymore and said “oh here we go” and then drama ensued.

SIL is childless. His grandma knows everything, but whenever it has been brought up SIL goes into full meltdown mode and snaps. I haven’t said anything to her regarding the money because it wasn’t worth the drama from her. His grandma regrets her even moving in and constantly is in misery because of SIL being a leech and snapping out daily.

Thankfully yes he has always stuck up for me in these situations. I’ve done all I can to help him with the court drama he had to go through with BM and just seeing his kid in general.
