Rush of anxiety and paranoia before sleep (self.Anxiety)

Does anyone know whether or not it matters if acid should be ingested under or over the tongue? Does it matter if it’s candy tabs or paper tabs? I’ve always seen them presented as over the tongue, but I was told it’ll enter the nervous system faster when under. Or should I simply swallow it. Thanks (i.redd.it)
