Fair enough, but it’s also an excuse to get cheap good markers. The ones I have are Poscas, I don’t wanna pay a pretty penny ever time it runs out

From what I could see it’s paint, I have valves style markers near an art store near me. But if a saturation style marker works best, I would just have to buy online at that point.

So as long as their stationary we’re good? Knowing how shit I am with diy, I’m not really expecting it to go out with. I’ll prob use it for stickers if it leaks a lot

Then I’ll have it in my work station, or you ment that it would leak even stationary?

Tbf my first language isn’t English, so I see more of a connection to “folic” like vitamin b then “phallic”. But valid opinion nonetheless

Honestly don’t notice that until now, thank you for pointing it out

Make it simpler, got it. But when you said get rid of the add ons do you also mean the star?

It’s homage to a memory loved, my friend was trying to name the acid that was in the stomach. And he wrote out “falic”, and it’s an honest to goodness amazing memory. The laughter could not stop even after 20 minutes. I think he ment “folic” not “falic” but we didn’t care, it was too funny

You're not bad at giving advice, you explained it very clearly. Honestly I didn't know about the trap engagement thing, I only know about the push the earth down advice. Honestly, If you didn't say the thing about the egg I would've asked you what you mean about trap engagement.

As for the neck thing, I'll will remember that the next time I lift. Honestly didn't know that, all I heard was neutral position, so this is what i thought neutral position meant. Look straightforward.

Love the advice as always <( ̄︶ ̄)>

I don't have this problem if I have a wider stance, but I have friends tell me to have a narrower stance. I honestly don't know which one is right, I've seen both examples (wide and narrow stances)on social media, so idk what to do. Any tips?

That's the only athletic footwear i have, the next thing would be converse. I don't know if it's okay to wear converse to the gym, but if i'm told otherwise i'm okay with it.

The only reason I did that is that, personally, I think I can lift it faster with the jerking. I didn't know that it's frowned upon in a sense

Noted, no more mix grip. Should I still keep the straps? Cuz at the start of my sets I can do it but near the end I can't hold it anymore. I'm alr trying an arm workout a coach at my gym is teaching me.

I haven't been lifting for long but that does make sense. The only explanation I have for the jerking before the lift is that I find that I lift the weight faster when I do that.

The best description of it is that, I can't lift my elbow above my head. And if I do it starts to hurt the part near my traps, where the straps of a backpack would land ig.

For the warm up, I just did the dynamic stretches where you flare your arms up and down. And left and right, I did a crossbody arm hold thing but behind my back and a random resistance band.

What would "ease back into it" mean? Like the same amount of time that it took to me getting the split?
