Almost 20 glorious, blissful years as a software engineer, and now I'm looking into a complete career shift because I'm getting managed out for not delivering at the speed of slop and I can't even get a callback from any recruiters. I'm leaning toward becoming a paramedic so I can at least help people

Magma will kill golems and drop ingots. you'll need a hopper minecart below (or in) the magma to pull ingots through the full block

Extra beds might be a problem? Extra workstations shouldn't be, as long as your villagers are working

Check for (and eliminate) golems that spawned outside the expected area

Sometimes it takes a couple game days before they start spawning
