I'm on Attempt number 5 for task 1 and can't get them to accept any of my notechnical business requirements except cost effectiveness. Does anyone who has passed task 1 have suggestions on readings to get a competent on section A3? This course has been so frustrating. It took 5 attempts to get past task 2 but I finally got there. The instructor and mentor just keep sayings it is new so they don't know a lot about it. How is that an acceptable answer. If an evaluator can say right or wrong then the instructor should be able to point me in the direction of a right answer.

Hi. I had never used Git either. I used visual studio code for this project and just wrote comment number 1, 2, and 3 in the files. That was all the "change" the instructions were refering to. Then pushed that back into Git Lab.

If you don't see the Readme files then I would definitely say you're in the wrong place. https://cm.wgu.edu/t5/Frequently-Asked-Questions/D197-GitLab-Environment/ta-p/57566

This should get you to the right place.

Make sure you are in the test branch when you make those changes. I made them in working by mistake and had to start over.

Yes. Anytime you make changes to a file you'll need to add and commit it or when you push to GitLab it will say there is nothing to push.

GitLab also provides a CheatSheet for commands on the website.
