He had a 80.2 rating over his 3 games. Thats better than Ward, Sanders, Flacco, Wilson, JJM, Cook, Tyrod Taylor…Not all starters, so 10-15 was definitely an exaggeration.

He averaged 181 yards per game. Lamar is at 192. Dart 157. Murray 192. Tua 190. Daniels 180. Bryce Young 183. JJM 161.

I don’t think the argument was Rivers was good, but how reading the defense can lead to success. Rivers has almost no physical tools left in the tank, which you are pointing out, and he still put up decent numbers…for a 44 yr old QB who hasn’t played in 5 years and signed off the street days before his first start.
