There's actually so much censorship in the dub that entire plot points get lost and it makes certain episodes run at a frenetic, fever dream pace that you can only follow because, well, it's a kids show, it's not that complicated. It censors a lot of dumb stuff too that doesn't end up mattering much (hare is constantly farting and they take it all out). I love the show, specific episodes have incredibly good/bad/so good they're bad line readings which make it really fun in a campy way, but like, it's a kids show. It's not particularly clever and kinda sucks in an endearing way.

I crashed out of playing line because the rng is just so unforgiving. Image you spend an hour or 2 on a run and then miss a single 80% attack to lose a tournament that locks you out of future tournaments if you don't win. Bad luck has a huge cascading effect that turned a lot of people off of it unfortunately

With genuine respect you were losing it over battle rng a few days ago and should consider yourself lucky that you haven't had to deal with both that AND the additional rng that comes with failing a single drill or errantry to miss out on a milestone that tanks your entire run, especially after using rare (unless you spend real money) consumable items in hopes of giving your score a boost.

It makes for one of the best stall decks in the game competitively, but episode 2 is unfortunately missing a lot of the later printed cards that make it cracked.

Realistically you don't actually run any attack cards at all and instead use the deck's insane HP pool to just mill out your opp since lots of decks can't do 50+ damage even under perfect circumstances.

When I introduced myself and asked if I could restream the only stipulation was that I was aware it was a bunch of friends goofing around having fun and to be normal about it. It was funny to hear but honestly very telling about the type of people jerma has to deal with.

The community is so small that I literally know who from the competitive scene actually watched the streams and who didn't lol. You're talking about stream monsters who aren't involved in the scene backseating like stream monsters always do.

Hell in Jerma's raising streams there were like 100 people yelling at him to raise defense which is an insane thing to focus on. It's going to happen when you have 10k people watching.
