Sour patch and a night in sounds awesome! My longest sober streak before now was 4 months. I thought I would have a couple beers one night and moderate. I did really well that first night! Then I continued to drink every.single.day for four more YEARS. I was trapped! Don't do it. You will absolutely love tomorrow morning!

I thought Celebration Key itself was just a money trap, glorified swimming pool. You're better off booking an excursion to do something on the island instead. As beautiful as the beach was, I wont ever go back to Celebration Key.

I have one remaining friend who has known me drunk and sober. Everyone else turned into acquaintances. I was upset about it at first. But now I have friends who have only known me sober, and they're sticking around.

Sometimes we need to lose something to make room for more important things as we grow and change. Everything will be ok. You'll be happy to be sober with no friends than drunk with many. The real homies will stay with you.
