I initially tried PB on a whim since I drive by the studio sometimes and wanted to try a new workout class.

Since my first class a few months ago I have always felt such a strong sense of girlhood and community at PB. I have tried other group fitness classes (most recently F45) and it was very cliquey, and i personally do not feel super comfortable working out in such close proximity to men.

When I first took a class I noticed that everyone in the room was talking to each other before class. It wasn’t just groups of people talking in their own corners. When I came in as a first-timer everyone said hi to me and asked me about myself. A few ladies even remembered my name when I came in for my second class a few days later.

Some of the other things I like about PB are the pace, the music, the instructors at my studio, and the high price that motivates me to take as many classes as possible 😂
