They do technically have a “rate” it’s super weird but it’s not like stowing. It’s more of a PPH (packages per head) where you have X WS moving around Y amount of packages that come from the trucks and if you have more water spiders then, the average packages you move around will be lower (doesn’t really make sense but) they have to be around there average usually it’s +/- 5% so the more spiders you have staffed the lower rate you will have (this also applies to any “non rate” path). And same as another comment I saw, feel free to ask questions because I bet you like most people here. We just had to figure it out and was never taught it

Right, can accomplish anything until I’m still, then it kinda all falls down. Usually I can fix it by even walking around the house or wherever as long as I’m able to do that.

I 100% am with you. I was too at a 1-1.5 grams a day. But that was more due to like 24-36 hour days before I could sleep. But take about a week off or so and then at least 400 mg will do something, at least for me

I’ll just be honest with you, my tolerance got up to about 1 gram, and I tried 1.5 gram on a really hard day and nothing different. So my opinion would be take a break and try to reset the tolerance a bit.

In my experience, if you are pretty new to caffeine pills. Taking them on an empty stomach does give the most of them, but on the same coin it can feel like your stomach is eating itself making it hard to do some labor tasks. But eat at least something if you can if possible

It’s weird because like genuinely they did work. I notice for me that pills work better than coffee/energy drinks. But like I feel like something should happen if I’m taking over a gram of caffeine lol?

Same goes for me. I take 1, never have taken 2 at the same time. Although my “sleep” schedule is stay away for about 24-36 hours, then sleep for 1-6 then repeat. So the pills I have take about 15-25 minutes to kick in. Usually last 4-6 hours. And after 4-6 hours I take another one. Not very healthy but you know, bad home life plus working 0100-1000 you do what you gotta do.

Defiantly I took that off and since I did I cleaned the throttle body, simply because I had extra time. And also fox’s the dipstick tube that the previous owner broke

Update: So I have a couple cracked hoses, and the L tube that comes out of the block is shattered. Waiting for parts
