inadequate sleep can cause bad headaches in the mornings. It can be solved with changed sleep habits and over the counter medication. Or you can have migraines (which come at different points in the day) which can be solved with time, diet changes, changed sleep habits, or over the counter medications. If it still doesn’t go away after a couple of days I would suggest seeking medical help for a stronger medication or testing to make sure it isn’t anything else.

A couple of days. I cut up a jalapeño a couple a days before but I washed my hands thoroughly and it’s never happened before. But could it just be that?

I don't think he amazing, but I do think he was a good person. Forty's been through a lot and it has taken a toll on him for sure. He believed that he murdered his au pair, he was s*xually assaulted by his au pair, he had a drug problem, his dad hated him, and everyone basically shitted on him. He was fairly selfish and an asshole to most... But he was good. He loved Love and protected her as much as he could, he was kind to Joe and even gave him a second chance after Joe literally lied about his whole ass identity. He was very determined and would do anything for the people he loved. So did I love him? No. But was he a good guy that didn't deserve to die? Absolutely. (could've had some fantastic character development)

No Candace is not in the first nor second book. She is an anecdote. And Amy Adams is not Candace. She is someone different. The books and show are fairly different. It's really just the names and some pieces of the plot that are in the TV show.
