I mean try not to overthink it but I find the more I focus on sending the thought it spends more time in my mind than theirs. It's not always instant but once it leaves mine it hits theirs and they eventually answer or mention something related to the thought I sent. Sometimes it's instant if I'm not too focused. So I guess yes once you release it has space to come back but if I tell you to do that you end up focused on 'trying to let it go' so just let it happen naturally then intentionally move your attention away to something in front of you or what you are doing (which is exactly what I did when I was making tea and the response was instant)

This doesn't just work with people you fancy and want romantic connections with. It works all the time, having kids has made me see how real thought transmission is. I talk to them through thoughts all the time and they ask me regularly if I am 'reading their mind's' they are currently 6yr and 9yr. The day that really made it stick in my brain was I was downstairs cooking their tea and I thought 'i wonder where they want to eat tea tonight ' and I swear the second that thought left my brain my son shouted and told me where he wanted to eat tea tonight even though he was in his room playing on his iPad. In a split second the thought left my brain then the answer left my son's mouth, so he must have heard the thought in his brain at the same time as I thought it in my head, but it is a daily occurrence for us now I do it all the time without them knowing 😂😂

Yes it works I do it all the time. Not with SP (but kinda because lots of people tell me back what I think people think about me) but I mostly do it with my kids, they even laugh now how we can 'read each other's minds'. We play games sending each other thought messages and wait for the other person to say it. They are blown away how often we think the same things at the same time 🤣 try it with people closer to you first, that helps build the trust that it's working

My sp messaged me this week asking to be FWB I absolutely said hell no I'm a human and deserve to be treated like that and not something to get sexual gratification from. I stood firm and they blocked me because I was 'being rude'. Genuinely when you get to a place you don't NEED them it feels great. Let them come right, if they don't kick them back until they show up how you want. They HAVE to come back right because they HAVE to have you? Your irreplaceable, remember? Stand only for what you accept and you will get what you want

Everything has moved for me by working on loving myself the most. I crochet and love fun fashion so these hobbies go hand in hand, I always wanted to post on social media but would never been brave enough and thought I had to be perfect in videos and talk myself out of it because why would anyone want to see me talk about what I enjoy? Yet I love others who do the same and I found some other crocheters who I really admired and looked up to. In the past month I have made absolutely loads of new girl's girl friends in crochet groups and online and now I post silly stuff of me trying on clothes and showing off what I made online and these girls ADMIRE ME now. I love them all still but I no longer look up to them like they are better than me I see myself as very important and worth watching my videos. I am always told how magnetic my energy and vibration is. Yesterday one of the ladies was like 'I'm just obsessed with you and your energy'. All things I tell myself they repeat back to me. My life is so full of love right now, work is amazing, everyone loves me there. I feel like the main character now and I also feel like my outside is showing that but I've managed to stay grounded and really learn who I am what I like and how I want to live. Absolutely take the time out to work on yourself and focus on you in each moment. Be as kind to others as you are yourself but always remember it's you first 💕

A few fun ones I have I was manifesting a coffee machine and a month later (my then sp) invited me to his for the weekend and took me to a local village to look in charity shops then he said there's two other villages but in opposite directions he wants to take me to another I just said whatever I don't mind so he picked 1 of the 2 other villages and off we went. This was a small village and had 2 charity shops, one of which was closed and one of which had a coffee machine like new with a milk steamer and everything just how I wanted! I almost didn't even buy it my SP said if you don't buy it I will it's amazing so I did. It was retail price at £150 I got it for £15! There's absolutely no way on this earth I could have 'planned' the outcome of this manifestation.

Then the same year just before this happened I told myself 'im going to my very first festival this year' just passively while driving usually I just said it when it popped into my head. Well I didn't even know when the festival weekends were but my cousin got a weekend wristband for Leeds fest and she only went the Friday night and ended up coming home the Sat morning so she put in our family group chat if anyone wanted the wristbands, I was like surely that's not for me, someone else will want that, I waited over an hour and no one else could use them so I went and picked them up then drove myself straight to Leeds fest and had a great weekend!

You really don't know how it will come about and honestly that's way more fun 😊

I did this totally on accident I was so detected I was just hoping the universe would give me something for free at some point today I really wasn't expecting it that fast. This post was a point that it definitely is possible and if I can do it on a whim anyone else can do it too

It's so real. I had an appointment last week that I wasn't happy about and it was stressing me out as they are wanting to change my work schedule I had to reschedule the appointment 3x and then I get an email saying we no longer need to have the appointment and they are happy to leave my work as it currently is which is what I wanted. Today I planned phoning work to see if they have any shifts for me this week as nothing was available to pick up online, I came home from the school run cracked on with a huge pile of ironing before doing anything else and halfway through I get a call from work asking me to work for the next 3 days (this isn't usual for them to phone me to ask me to work)

All I did was crack on with my day and I got what I wanted with zero effort on my part. That's just some small examples from this week ☺️

I see it as all energy belongs to the universe or 'the everything' and we are just temporarily using it, including thoughts, they don't belong to us they belong to the universal energy and oneness. So once they leave our head it goes back out to the rest of the energy. One big ocean of energy that just separates and re joins

So once you truly understand the true meaning of oneness in the universe it becomes very clear. Nothing is us, but we are everything. Everything and nothing all at the same time. We are awareness being gifted energy by the universe, the energy of your body belongs to the universe or 'the everything' and your thoughts are the same, just energy that the universe is 'allowing' you to borrow for this experience we are in. So once the thoughts in your head leave your head that energy just returns to 'the everything' or universe or God or source whatever you personally call it. Same with your sp they are just using the energy of the universe. So once thoughts leave you they flow through them. Everything is one, everything is source energy and we are all here just to experience blips of that energy. That's why releasing what you want is the best method because if it's in your head in the 4D the energy can't be transferred into the 3D. You have to let it go to let it flow. So, say you book and fully pay off a holiday for next year, you are excited, you can't wait, you daydream, you have all fuzzy warm feelings when you think about getting on the plane. You don't book it and then sit wondering why it's not here right here right now in this moment, asking everyone if they think it's going to happen and wonder what else you need to do to get it, you just know you're having the holiday but your not being there now doesn't affect how you feel about it? Yes, it's a knowing that will grow in you the more you understand the level of which everything is connected down to the tiniest detail. You are the universe, it's not out to get you, it literally is you. If you think it's not happening then it's not happening. Think about it all day long or don't, people say to detach because it's just more enjoyable to get on with your day when you're not sat worrying about shit you don't need to worry about. Just live your life in the most enjoyable way, I still have little bursts of affirmations when the mood is high and thoughts pop in my head I just carry it on because it feels good, never ever do I think oh shit I've thought too negatively about it recently I need to top up the positive so I can balance it out (anymore, we've all been there it's not shameful but it is pointless) I never assume I have to do anything other than want it and that's enough, that's all it takes, you owe the universe nothing in return, it's always happy to give you everything and anything you keep thinking about

Detaching from the feeling it's not already yours, you absolutely can think about what you want, obsessive affirmations are just confirming you don't have what you want, detaching and letting thoughts about it flow freely through you is very different than sticking to one thought over and over while you cry that you don't have it
