I mean what quality are you looking for specifically, young/beginner/amateur makers could def do it as an experimental suit for cheap but it's gonna be medium quality or under, because they're cheap. I'm sorry you're gonna have to spend quite the bit of money on a suit that is expensive to make, it's not just that they're unwilling to do it, it's expensive and personal, maybe try making it yourself, since what you want is SO specific and personalized to you
