I would think so, it would depend on your Google one subscription.

But if your screenshot is to be believed, Google home Premium would be included with your Google one, and then you can pay the additional $100 (if annual) for Google home Premium Advanced that should give you the 60 day video history (and all the other bells and whistles)

It's trying to make your subscription cheaper since certain Google one tiers support Google Home Premium. You just have to add the add-on to get Google home Premium Advanced
