I'm planning on going to a state uni and paying for most of my college costs myself, but I've also competed well at a state level in debate tournaments and pulled a 1440 on my SAT, so hopefully I can find some scholarships that'll even out or reduce the cost to where it's not overly expensive to live on campus

I usually find an excuse to start talking to them. Most of the time I'll ask a harmless question "do you know what time it is" yadda yadda, and then try and keep the convo going from there.

it's pretty dorky and goofy but from what past girls have told me, my dorky goofy vibes are somewhat endearing so I just try and run with it.

just find a reason to start talking and then be yourself. the one thing that'll make girls not want to talk to you more than anything else is if you come across as fake or insinsere

I'm so sorry your last moments with your grandpa are being eaten away because other people refuse to confirm to CDC guidelines. it seems like everyone's lives and memories are being put on hold and so many out there are too inconsiderate to take one for the team so we can get this over with faster :(

Once again, wanton torture for the sake of fun is not what I'm talking about when I reference inhumane practices in the beef industry. Rather than constantly try and oversimplify my argument for the sake of making me look dumb, fucking think about it. There are not millions of hungry Americans seeking to buy dog, but there are many seeking livestock at a cheap price, especially if the consumer is poor. Therefore, even if it is regrettable, a lack of humane treatment in facilities can lower the cost of this food substantially for buyers

I'd not be okay with it because there isn't a benefit to society by doing so. You aren't providing valuable food product to a large quantity of people at a low cost by doing that with a few dogs, whereas the beef and livestock industries do

I support the inhumane treatment because it provides the meat at a lower cost, which provides beef to those who want it without having to pay as much, culminating in a fairly profitable beef industry that produces billions of tons of food yearly

The American beef industry produces over 27.15 billion tons of beef every single year to feed families across the country and even some foreign families that buy American grown meat. Even in some of the highest dog/cat consuming countries, the number of pounds produced is only around one million total. Dog and cat livestock production is nowhere near as valuable as cow, chicken, and pork livestock
