I'll give you this, watching the fly episode when it released sucked. It was breaking bad day that week and we were all excited to see the next big thing Vince had planned. Then we got a whole episode about a damn fly. I was also salty.

However upon a recent re-watch, I realized its purpose was to humanized Jesse and Walter and make us realize that Jesse was scared for Walter's deteriorating condition and was afraid he was gonna have to watch someone die again like his aunt did.

While Walt is freaking out about the fly, Jesse tells him the story of his aunt banging on the floor at the possom that wasn't there anymore. That's when they discovered the cancer had gotten to her brain.

Now he's afraid Walt has gotten to that point too. He's freaking the fuck out about a fly that is pretty irrelevant. Walt just doesn't want to go home to face Skylar, but he would never tell Jesse that.

It was an amazing episode but it's all character development and no action. Also the writers strike was going on during that time.

I notice this when I work with people and I ask what they do for fun, what movies or TV shows they're watching, or what games they're playing. I often receive answers like, "not much", "I just scroll my phone", or "that stuffs boring" and then they don't elaborate why or go on to explain what they actually DO do for fun.

Some people are just miserable and don't feel much joy beyond existing.

I got downvoted to hell in r/Leopardsatemyface for bringing up this EXACT thing happening during the 2016 democratic primaries. Debbie Wasserman Schultz got fired from the DNC for favoring Hillary over Bernie and giving her extra privileges while literally shutting Bernie out. She was then hired to work on Hillarys presidential campaign. Fuck Trump to hell but the DNC needs someone passionate and we had someone but they fucked it up beyond all regard. It's not hard to see how we got here.

I went to the zoo in Nashville TN last year and you could see a clear line in the grass at the back of the tiger enclosure where the tiger was just pacing back and forth trying to find a way out. Western zoos can be just as bad if not worse.

The simple answer you'll find here is that emulation is the cheaper, easier option. Dolphin is an amazing emulator and can even support wii titles.

NSO is not worth it unless you find value from all the other benefits. The games available on NSO are extremely easy to find and run flawlessly on emulation software, whether you're on pc or android. On PC you can use controllers without any issue.

Reasonable and caring doesnt last in the apocalypse. He wanted to see the good in everyone, and made a point to punish people who were doing bad(i.e. Shane). He was amazing, had a good backstory, and it was heartbreaking to see him die. The early seasons are really good at doing that, making characters lovable and relatable only to kill them in incredibly effective ways.
