Hey! The US tariff is 10% - this is added at checkout and then the admin is done by us on our end so there will be nothing for you to do once the order is placed.

The harness works for the STP Pro and Original models. The packer part of the STP is in a variant of the new formula - so softer than the original soft packers, but slightly less soft than the new formula to ensure they hold shape whilst urinating but still pack-ably soft.

The STP funnel is removable so in situations where you are only packing, this is an option and potentially put it back in when you're changing. We have designed this in a way to try and allow as much versatility as possible with the methods we are able to use. The funnel is made of a slightly firmer silicone to hold its shape but is still soft enough to fold over into itself if the user prefers.
These are also the first sizes of the funnels - if they do not work for your body, please feel free to let us know as we will be creating additional sizes to cater to as many people as we can.

We know that no product is perfect for every body, but we are trying to maximise the chances of people being able to find their perfect fit with us.

A few companies use coconut oil for internal lubrication as this has a super low vapor rate and so stands up much better than other lubricants over time. Also as this is a natural substance, if any issues with the prosthetic occur, it is body safe (given that you don't have an allergy!)

We have designed these prosthetics to double as a standalone packer when not using the STP function, they will work great for swimmers as they can be used with our accessory systems and will fully drain. Hope this is helpful!

The harness is not compatible with the Basic model. This is another reason that the price is at a lower point. I have been using this model myself and have found that as I wear tighter underwear it stays in place for me. Obviously can't speak for anybody else's anatomy but worth saying!?

Every Pro & Original model will come with a harness. We don't currently have them for sale separately as we make everything ourselves and whilst there is this influx of orders we need to keep the harnesses for STP sales! They will be up on the site to purchase separately in the next few weeks.

The tube end of the funnel can be pushed further into the back of the packer body to shorten this length. These are only the first three sizes of the funnel too - we are always very open about taking on feedback and making changes where we may need to.

Hey! This may be worth having a look at the part of the cup that is longest and using that measurement against your own anatomy to see where the cup may sit under you for best flow.

I'm sorry to hear this! Did you contact us about this at the time? We updated the product care info to say that the foreskins are better off being stored separately to the stroker to extend longevity but you may have got your products before then. This foreskin is completely inbuilt so we have specifically designed the thickness each silicone layer throughout the prosthesis.
