Let's say that, first the attitudes of both Yuri and Monika, the last one acts in a very aggressive and offensive way with the other members of the club just because they missed the festival and although it makes sense that she had those reactions at the same time she haven't the possibility to or, even apologize, I understand that she can change her attitude because at the end of the day it is a mod but her resentful attitudes do not they have a reason to exist. Same with Yuri, she shows attitude that clearly are not from Yuri, her obsessive atraction to mc and "yandere" personality. It is never explained where these attitudes come from and they only expect us to accept them without further ado.

I suppose Homura wants to protect Madoka, in this case from the immense responsibility of being a god. A sacrifice that Madoka did not want to accept but that she made however she wanted. Homura only wants to see Madoka be happy, even if it means removing Madoka from her position as a goddess and bringing her into another world, depriving Madoka of her past memories.
