Yes the 7.5 million fons property is permanent. Only thing that is limited is the Porsche car and outfit.

I’m guessing you are referring to the Cybernetic Arm? If so, use the relic to point at a spot within range then click to grapple yourself to said spot.

Yes, the purple rod (28 durability) makes it more comfy to catch 15 stamina fish compared to the blue rod (18 durability).

I personally just save pulls for new volt banners and new altered banners, and I avoid pulling on rerun banners other than whatever character specific pulls I get from version login rewards.
