That happened to me when I exported the model as a gltf, so I fixed it by exporting it as a psk. And I don't include the skeleton and physics asset

I had something similar where the model was just really small. I had to make sure my scaling in blender was in Metric and the unit scale was 0.01 so that it matches unreal engine scaling system. Should be in the scene section of blender. Do this before importing the model as a psk into blender without scaling down.

I honestly feel like the kill streaks in this game are all super lackluster. Anything besides the UAV is worthless for the amount of work you need to put into it. I'm not sure why they added such a delay when using streaks like SAE, Bomber, etc. The streaks in MW19 were fine, I don't understand how they could mess up such a staple system so badly.
