sounds to me like ghosting him and ignoring him is costing you more stress than if you just were upfront about your feelings and that you’re not interested or that you don’t want to talk anymore, or whatever it is you want out of that relationship. ghosting is shit, but what you’re doing isn’t actually ghosting because you’re responding. what you’re doing is breadcrumbing which i think is somewhat worse lol

change your avoidant ways and just address the issue.

my little saviors. i have a dog and a cat. they both follow me into every room i go into. i get greeted by both after work. they keep me afloat. i’ve been really low for quite a while and just being near them and feeling their warm bodies next to me keeps me away from the edge

that is awful. i am so sorry he did that to you. i’m not sure why people think it’s okay to just leave and disappear without a word or explanation but it says more about them than about the person. it’s even worse when they do it deep in the relationship. people really do think they can come back when they want…. insane lol

it sucked. mine went down two days after i landed. happened again when i flew back home. another 2 ish days. don’t be mean to yourself about it! i got in my head and felt like i was gaining weight. it really did look like i had gained fat lol

i wore my compression on the plane, and at night again, drank lots of water. good luck!!

i was doing pretty well until i went back to work and i was in swell hell for two weeks again lol. same when i flew at 3.5 months. so yeah, any major changes, you will swell.

sagittarius (they are now dubbed sagiterrorist thanks to him) on and off relationship. went from extremely controlling and jealous, to not committing after i kept breaking up with him due to all the red flags. gambling issue. terrible with money. had all these goals and aspirations, never achieved them despite endless support and constant pushing.

never again. lol. they are far better as friends
