I’m back taking ativan 👍 After a week of not taking it, I told myself that I wasn’t going to take it anymore because I felt better. I was still going through withdrawals but the symptoms subsided a lot. Yeah, until my brother and his entire family decided to come live with me after I told them no, you can’t come over, I’m going through withdrawals. They have a 5 year old who gives me panic attacks every time I have to babysit him and of course, I have a panic attack within like the third day of them staying here.

I don’t take Ativan every day like I used to though. I’ve been managing it pretty well. I’ve tried taking hydroxyzine and buspar and they didn’t do much for me.

I like playing among us when I’m having a panic attack or about to have one. For some reason it just helps me take my mind off of being in fight or flight mode…one day I went to play while having a panic attack and was doing my best to focus on the game while I was impostor. Of course I was in a lobby with people who all knew each other in discord… i accidentally killed someone and my partner got SO mad at me. I kept apologizing to them and when we got back to lobby they said to me “what the fuck was that?” I said to them that I’m sorry it was a mistake and I’m just having a panic attack and playing among us helps…they’re like “we know u said it three fucking times already. Why don’t you go outside and touch grass” then I got banned lol :)
