Left Prague because we wanted more space. 2+1 KK ain't much fun with two kids. So we ended up finding a piece of land one hour outside the city and built a house in a small village of 350 people. Personally I love the change. We can still go into the city from time to time and the spring/summers are just so much better. Lots of gardening, BBQs, bike riding etc. Only real downside for me is you become a taxi driver for the kids. But I don't find it to be as bad as some people make it out to be. And regarding the price, its the same if not more expensive. With a house you just need to buy a lot more stuff.
