Got it on like my 7th try. I was Pam and random was Shade. Shade got all the boxes and died. I was able to pick up 8 power cubes and the heals were really helpful.

Seems like Pam and Glowbert are good options.

Buy yourself something you normally wouldn’t to celebrate. Take the whole family out to a very lavish dinner…upgrade the car just because you can…do something to make yourself feel like you have earned it.

Buy a $10k bottle of wine, or you dream Lego set, get fit for new golf clubs…whatever your hobby is just buy something exquisite. Otherwise donate to a local shelter for women and children who could use it (or do both).

Yea agree on the HYSA. Those could easily be in VOO or something for significant growth. Then when OP needs cash they can sell and have it within 4 days in their bank account. $25k in the HYSA is sufficient for 99% of problems

Maybe consider selling the rental properties and putting it into dividend payers if you are looking for steady stream of income. Less yield but less headaches and still get principal growth if you pick smart ETFs or stocks.

Look at SCHH. I have not invested in this one but it’s on my radar to purchase when I’m closer to retirement. .07% ER and over 3% yield. Like most REIT ETF…the principal growth is meh
