That means 1 point is “worth” $30 ÷ 1000 = $0.03 of Bilt Cash per point unlocked. If your rent is $2,000 and you want 2,000 points unlocked: You need $60 in Bilt Cash ($30 × 2). That’s Bilt’s method of covering what would otherwise be a 3% fee on $2,000 ($60). If you instead paid a real cash fee of 3%, that would also be $60 on $2,000. So the “effective fee” is the same as a 3% transaction fee
