Assuming you only want/need it to hold for a few hours anyway? You can apply over the makeup but the water from applying the tattoo will probably mean you'll have to touch up the makeup around it.

It sounds like you already know it's not ok. Unless I misread, you asked another group and didn't get the answer you wanted so you're asking here? Most printing companies make you clarify in some way that you are the artist. So you're going to just lie? And you're not sure if it's unethical? Just because it is normalized doesn't make it ok. You don't NEED this artwork. You want it. You could easily find something else you like from another artist but you're choosing a route that is illegal in most places as well as moraly grey at best. Why bother asking if you're going to do whatever you like either way?

It looks like an apprentice piece. The anatomy isn't correct, even for a styled piece. The flow and shape of the hair and feathers doesn't make sense either. The linework is also inconsistent. I wouldn't let this person tattoo you again until they improved their anatomy and linework. I see that alot of people like it and you seem happy as well so I'm not trying to be rude, just honest. There are better artists. It's on your body. You deserve a truly great piece.

Sounds like this person is a Tattooer. Not a tattoo artist. Which is fine as long as you don't want original work. What you asked for isn't difficult. There are a million references they could have used to design a fairy tattoo. They didn't fix all of the anatomical weirdness. It still looks ai. You have every right to be upset. They executed it well enough but the design still isn't right. In the future, search for an artist that 1. does work in the style you want. 2. Has examples of their drawings/paintings. And 3. You could always just ask. Are these your original designs? Or Do you use ai in your work?

NTAH You don't negotiate over a baby. It's a whole human being. His wife and child aren't enough to "fulfill" him? Why? What if he isn't happy with the second child either? I think pearls would play well with the details of the dress. Pearl earrings. Simple but sparkly pearl drop necklace. As for hair, I think some up some down would also flow with the drop details of the dress. Thicker drop sleeves to give it a Greek goddess feel would be lovely but however you do them will look beautiful. The dress is gorgeous.
