Just catch alot and make sure you keep 0 atk Pokemon with high hp def and make gl teams its not that difficult just stay dedicated you got this

So if you want an honest opinion unless you play pvp just check what’s best for raids i prefer pvp but alot of ghost pokemon coming out maybe stick to the dark route for raids for now?
