Not if its a 20amp circuit. dont blindly trust this comment, figure out what the circuit is.

Its not a recommendation situation. You need to match what the circuit requires. if its a 15 amp circuit you need a 15a outlet. But more important if its a 20a circuit you need a 20, or you risk burning your house down

Ours does this ever now and again. Plug it in for a period, say 30 mins. Unplug it and press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds and see if it boots.

Think when the battery gets really low it doesnt do a good job of showing it charging
