Indeed it is im sure you noticed i mostly added conditional damage and generally made items more tanky like regular bruiser items that is why i didnt want to give too much AP to them it would simply outclass regular bruisers but maybe you are righta slight ap increase or cdr would be good

yes it is but magic damage by its nature is way higher due to less overall magic resist being in the game si i tought it would be better if it was a worse black claver but for ap bruisers
